Evenings invite you to unwind indoors, whether gathered around the indoor fireplace or settling into the sectional for a movie night after a day exploring La Quinta. Living space The living room is designed for comfort and connection, with a spacious sectional, a 65" smart TV, and a cozy atmosphere for relaxing or spending time together. Central air conditioning and heating keep the space comfortable year-round, while ceiling fans and an indoor fireplace add an extra layer of comfort during cooler desert evenings. High-speed Wifi and an Ethernet connection support streaming or remote work, and a dedicated workspace in a common area offers a convenient place to focus when needed. Kitchen & dining The kitchen offers a full setup for preparing meals, complete with modern appliances, a dining table that seats six, and everything needed for cooking and dining during your stay. A coffee maker and coffee are available to start your mornings with ease, while the dishwasher helps simplify cleanup after shared meals. Sleeping arrangements The home accommodates up to six guests across two bedrooms and a living room sleeping area. Bedroom 1 features a Cal King bed, a 65" smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 includes a Queen bed and a 50" TV. The living room offers a full pull-out sofa for additional sleeping space. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage with closets and a dresser are provided for a comfortable stay. Bathroom & laundry Two bathrooms are stocked with bathroom essentials and include a bathtub and shower setup. A hair dryer, hot water, and thoughtful touches support your daily routine. The in-unit washer and dryer make it easy to refresh clothes during longer stays, and an iron is available when needed. Outdoor & shared amenities Step outside to a private patio or balcony with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill: gas, creating a relaxed setting for fresh air and casual meals. Guests also have access to shared outdoor amenities, including a heated pool and hot tub with set hours, along with nearby resort facilities. Tennis courts, golf courses, restaurants, and spa options are all within easy reach through the resort community. Parking & access Guest will have access to 2 driveway parking spots. There is plenty of guest parking across from our unit for any guests with more than 2 vehicles. A private entrance and self check-in with a keypad allow for a smooth and flexible arrival experience. Location Set within the La Quinta Resort area, the home places you close to some of the region's most popular destinations. Empire Polo Grounds, Old Town La Quinta, and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden are all just a short drive away, while Palm Springs and surrounding Coachella Valley attractions are easily accessible for day trips. Additional details The property is equipped with home safety features including exterior security cameras on property, a Ring Doorbell, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. A crib and Pack 'n play/Travel crib are available upon request for those traveling with little ones. Long term stays are allowed. Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!) Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a "code" rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation. Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. During the winter the pool is kept around 84 degrees and the hot tub is pre set to 101 degrees. We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, guest services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!
