Lease terms

Minimum 1 month lease and 4 month max lease. NO SUBLETS Tenant must call for an interview and will complete owners lease agreement. Ask for a copy! EMAIL FOR SERVICE Tenant will pay: 1) security deposit $500, 2) cleaning fee $300. Upon arrival your security deposit converts to a damage deposit. Tenant agrees to maintain the home and property in a respectful manner. This includes proper handling of trash disposal, household cleaning and care of household furnishings. This is a non-smoking property. Items provided for tenant use and comfort shall not be removed or damaged. If accidental damage occurs, the owner must be notified so that proper action may be taken. If the provisions laid out in this offering are met, your deposit will be refunded within 20 days of vacating. Any damage from you may require additional payments from you for repairs or replacement. Provisions to receive $500 deposit refund: 1). No damage done to home or its contents, no excessive cleaning required above cleaning fee pd or excessive use of utilities. 2). No linens or household items missing and no items been taken from the home. 3). No early check-in or late check-out (without owner consent) 4). No smoking has occurred in the home. 5). NO PETS! of any type have been allowed in the house. 6). No parking on the street, in the yard or boat parking on property. (Parking only in driveway or garage) Owner pays all utility costs to include internet access, TV, electric, water and yard maintenance. Owner asks that tenant use utilities rationally and conserve where possible. This lease or property will not be sublet. Rental fees are paid in advance, as per lease via Zelle.
