Enjoy the short walk to Kenwood Mall; Kenwood Town-center; Jewish Hospital; Trader Joe's and many wonderful restaurants to choose from. With McAllister's in your backyard and St Vincent Parrish in your front, this place has covered all the bases. No car necessary.
We are located in the third courtyard. As you walk into unit 48 you will enjoy all the natural light with the energy efficient windows, new flooring and tile. This unit has had an extensive remodel which includes a brand kitchen cabinets, quarts countertops and brand new appliances. Full dining area, nice size living room, half bath and laundry area are in included on the first floor.
Take the stairs (with brand new carpeting), to the second floor and you will find three bedroom's. The master bedroom, with in-suite bathroom includes a walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms (with nice size closets in each), on the same level is another full bathroom (bathtub) is located in the hall, along with a linen closet.
The home was professionally painted as well. All baths have been remodeled in the last few days years. There is one permitted designated parking space for one tenant. A second car will require the owner to park in the overflow area at the pool.
Reason for the drastic rent drops, I haven't had to rent one of our units in 14 years. I was testing the waters
