Relax on the plush leather sofa that converts to a queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress, or unwind in the intimate bedroom on a queen-size bed. The bathroom features a granite vanity and a spa-like feel with an oversized tub and glass enclosure. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit.
Enjoy private gated beach access with beach service for 2 included (March 1st - October 31st), 5 community pools and 3 hot tubs, tennis and shuffleboard courts, an on-site restaurant, a private guest-only beach bar, and a 9-hole golf course. Pets are allowed with a one-time $50 fee for up to two dogs or cats 35lbs or less. A pack & play, high chair, and plastic cutlery/dishes/cups are available for tiny travelers.
You're in the exclusive gated community of Sandpiper Cove, right in the heart of Destin. Enjoy a short 4-minute walk to the beach with 1,100 feet of private access, or walk to nearby restaurants. Shopping and local attractions are just a quick drive away, making this location perfect for a relaxing yet convenient getaway.
Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Guests must be 25 years of age or older, excluding children of the booked guest, and ID verification will be required at the check-in gate. No smoking is permitted in the condo or on the balcony, or a $250 charge will be enforced for odor removal. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Trailer/RV/Box Truck/Watercraft parking is not permitted at any time in the complex, and towing fees issued from the HOA do apply to any violation of this. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Luggage is not to be left at the property after check-out due to liability. Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property. No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted. No underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is allowed. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests allowed. Do not rearrange furniture in the home. Any cleanup of bodily fluids (indoors or outdoors) will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. Please dust sand from chairs/umbrellas/toys before bringing them indoors or to the patio. Any excess trash should be taken to the dumpster located behind the unit. Air conditioning should not be lower than 70 degrees. If A/C issues are caused by guest freezing unit with temp found under 70 degrees, guest is responsible for repairs. All issues or damage must be reported immediately. Guests may be held financially responsible for unreported issues or damage discovered after check-out.
Wi-Fi internet is provided. The living area features a wall-mounted Roku Smart TV with complimentary standard cable and the ability to log into your own streaming media.
