If an exception is granted or a pet is found, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged for additional cleaning. Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee.

It's just a few steps from the Arizona Canal Trail, a 36-mile car-free paved trail, and a short ride to Old Town Scottsdale and the Entertainment District, Fashion Square Mall, and numerous amazing attractions and restaurants.
Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. The property is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera to monitor occupancy and for emergency use. Properties may include a Minut noise alert monitoring system that monitors noise levels (measured in decibels) but does not record actual sounds or conversations. Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in. There is a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy, and noise disturbances can result in fines and removal of the listing. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of six (6) adults plus their dependent children.
