There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. This home is not baby-proofed. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. Up to two cars may park near the building on a first-come, first-served basis. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. Self-check-in and check-out make arrival simple and convenient.
