Free parking is available on the premises for up to two vehicles. Parking passes will be provided by the gate security guard upon entry into the community. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Located within the gated Reunion community, this condo offers a balance of quiet surroundings and proximity to attractions. Disney is approximately 6 miles away, with SeaWorld and Universal Studios within an easy drive. The neighborhood also provides access to a wide range of dining options and local attractions. Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. While the property is professionally sprayed for pests, it's recommended to pack sunscreen and bug spray. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for reservations of 2 nights or more. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate of noise after 10 PM and before 8 AM. No fireworks of any kind, and no firearms on property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules. A dedicated workspace is available, and Wi-Fi keeps you connected.
