A $500 fine applies for indoor smoking violations. The hot tub is serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months. The washer is out of service. For security, there are two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. There are no cameras inside the house. House rule violations can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 09:00. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property, including firearms, ammunition, air guns, tasers, and explosives. Bringing, storing, or using any weapon on the property will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and may be reported to us and the specific platform you're booking through and local authorities. By booking, guests agree to comply with this policy.
