Lease terms
We are looking for someone to enjoy our home and sign a one-year lease. We are open to two years but this is at your discretion. One month free rent for a year signed lease and two months free if you sign a two year lease. We will pay for the pool maintenance but most other bills will be paid by the tenant (gas, electric, water, garbage, etc). The lawn maintenance can by done by the tenants or they can pay the gentleman we have contracted at a rate of $125 per month to keep the grass green and trimmed and water and trim the foilage. We are ok with pets within reason and the entire back yard is fenced. Other owners enjoy taking thier dogs on the golf course at night and enjoying the mountian views.
