I am looking for a roommate!
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms + 1 full bathroom.… I am looking to rent out 2 bedrooms and using the third upstairs bedroom as a guest room, and you're welcome to have occasional guests stay there as well. The upstairs bathroom would be shared with the other roommate.
The house is a brand new 2-story, ~1600 sq ft home, located about 10 min to downtown and 30 min to Jax Beach.
