About the building
Large Master Bedroom with private bathroom. This is a reduced price as I have 3 vacancies. Brand new laminate flooring!… New Sheets, Pillows, and comforter. I also installed a window AC. The house is central AC but this room gets a bit warmer but this keeps in nice and cold. Black out curtains, tiled shower and two sinks, and completely furnished!
The house is only about 12 minutes from Travis AFB's back and front entrance (Vacaville). The driveway has been widened so you will have a dedicated parking spot.
The house is shared with 3 other guys in the military. All very clean and respectful. The utilities and internet are split 5 ways each month. Also, we have a cleaner that comes once a month to clean the Kitchen, Bathrooms, and Common areas. That is 50/person.
I also have a beautiful detached studio that I built for myself. Full kitchen, bathroom, everything tiled. I usually ask 1450/month for that but that is reduced to 1200.
Lastly, I have a spare bedroom that is 750/month. You would share the bathroom with one other person.
