Please only apply if you meet ALL qualifications below: Applicant must have current photo identification and a valid social sec number. Applicant's monthly household income must exceed three times rent, no exceptions. All income must be from a verifiable source. Applicants must receive positive references from all previous landlords for the previous 5 years. Applicant may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords. Credit score must be a minimum of 580. A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. Applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility with no criminal background in the last 7 years, and also have no felonies on their record. Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom. No smoking in the property. No cats. Small house trained dog for additional pet fee. Dogs require a one time pet fee and monthly pet fee. No puppies, must be at least a year old. Must be updated on all vaccinations and flea treatment.
