Maximum of two motor vehicles may be parked in the driveway and garage. Vehicles must be in working order and have current registration.
No above ground pools holding more than 75 gallons.
Property is adjacent to Northminster Presbyterian Church. No loud outside activities between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM on Sunday mornings.
