I have a room to rent in my home. 3 Bedroom/2 Bath.… Beautiful Home, Private room, comfortable and quite, TV and Wi-Fi, Washer and Dryer, everything provided, Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi.
Also provide a Cleaning Lady, Josefa, she has been with me for years, is great, an Exterminator that comes regularly and a Pool Guy who takes care of the Pool and Jacuzzi. Have a Water Purification, Water Softening and Reverse Osmosis System, Solar Panels for the house and the pool.
In the NW, Centennial Hills, a great place to live, everyone that has been here stays for 2 or more years. I am retired, easy going, a good guy. Have 3 Daughters and 5 Grandchildren, they all live in
San Francisco or Hawaii. It is important to me who lives in my home, and want you to feel it is your home also.
Housemate details
My home, so myself. Retired, educated, easy going, Father and Grandfather. Renter is easy going, hard working, works in excess of 40 hrs/week, quite and respectful.
