And minutes from the Alamo Quarry Market with fine dinning, J Alexander's, Piatti and shops such as Restoration Hardware. A few minutes to the Historic Pearl brewery complex and more fine dinning, casual dinning, and dog park. The Chateau is well manage by Simone Perry and kept in exquisite condition by a really great property management team. Although this condo is not completely updated it is charming and full of character and for the price it's reasonable in a premier area of San Antonio.

Renter pays electric bill monthly. The Water bill is included in the rent payment. The lease term is for one year. Tenant must keep the condo in clean condition. This is a NON Smoking unit. If tenant has a small dog the carpets must be cleaned once the tenant vacates the premises. The security deposit will go toward carpet cleaning if the pet has behaved badly. Rent is due on the first of the month, after a 10 day grace period a $100 fee will be added to the rent for that month and will be brought forward until paid. There is a covered parking spot for tenant to easily enter and exit the premises through the elevator. This works well for tenants who do not want to walk up and down stairs. Contractors cannot use the elevators and must use the stairs.
