The front yard also has a mango tree which should produce in the next 2-3 years. You would be hard pressed to find another rental all set up with smart home appliances, app controlled thermostat, shades and lighting, video doorbell and alarm system. One of the best things about this home is the neighborhood. Winston Park is a friendly mix of working class, professionals, young families and retirees. We also seem to have an officer living on nearly every street. The neighborhood is highly walkable with the Greenway protected walking path a few steps away, and the community center only a few blocks away. I also walk to the grocery store (Aldi), an amazing Miami coffee roaster (Macondo), pizza, and the car repair place.
