Please be aware that construction in the vicinity may cause some noise during daytime hours. The balcony is temporarily off-limits due to ongoing construction. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony, with a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee for violations. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Pets are not allowed. The pool is heated until February 1st. Check-out is by 11 AM to avoid a $50 fee. Guests must wear proper swim attire in the pool. Locals must communicate with the host before booking. Early check-in is available for a $50 fee and requires prior confirmation. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to book. Shoes must be removed inside the home. Guests are responsible for child-proofing the unit. Any damage to the property or its furnishings will be charged to the guest. Lost or damaged keys will incur a $25 replacement fee. Lockouts are the guest's responsibility. Guests are asked to dispose of food in the trash can and use the garbage disposal only for small food remnants. No eating food in bedrooms is permitted. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be rearranged. An additional cleaning fee may be charged for excessive cleanup. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction without refund.
