Parking is available in a heated 2-car garage and a spacious car park. Guests can enjoy the amenities of the 4 bedrooms, hot tub, plunge pool, and backyard lounge areas. The outdoor cooking area, BBQ, smoker, fire pit, or outdoor dining area are also accessible. Pets are considered with a required pet waiver and additional cleaning costs applicable.
Located in the Village of Oak Creek, just minutes from Sedona's best trails, dining, and attractions. Wild Horse Mesa is right at your doorstep, offering a great hike. Two golf courses are just minutes away. Trailheads for Bell Rock and Slim Shady offer a network of walking, hiking, and biking trails. Uptown Sedona is only 6 miles away. The Village of Oak Creek, the southern gateway to Sedona, offers a lively community with great restaurants, coffee spots, and bike shops, and puts you close to top trails like Hi Line, Templeton, Llama, Bell Rock Pathway, and Rabbit Ear.
Smoking is not allowed on the property. Guests are required to pay a nightly rent, a departure cleaning fee, a damage protection fee, and 6.5% Yavapai County and 5.5% State of Arizona sales and use tax. A minimum $300 pet fee will apply if approved. Credit card payments will incur an additional 5% processing fee; wire transfer, check, or Venmo are available to avoid this fee. A 40% deposit is required at booking, with the balance due 61 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made over 31 days prior to stay receive a full refund. Within 14 days of arrival, a 50% refund is issued. No refund is available after 14 days from arrival.
