Located in the desirable Crystal Beach neighborhood, this property offers a peek-a-boo view of the Gulf of Mexico from the back balcony. It's just a short walk (approximately 500 ft) to gorgeous public beach access. Most local destinations can be reached by golf cart, and there is public beach access within walking distance, and many other beach access points along Scenic Hwy 98 that can easily be accessed by golf cart. Airport Distances: Destin FL (VPS) - 18 miles, Panama City FL (ECP) - 49 miles, Pensacola FL (PNS) - 76 miles.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in is 4:00 PM CST and check-out is 10:00 AM CST. Events and parties are not permitted. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a pet fee due before check-in. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets or an additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. Guests must be 25 years or older, with a valid license and current vehicle insurance coverage to operate the golf cart. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Any cleanup of bodily fluids (indoors or outdoors) will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. Trash must be taken to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings for Tuesday and Friday pickup. Failure to do so may result in an HOA citation, which will be passed on to the guest.
