No smokers/pets, and may only have 3 visitors at a time. Pool is available upon request only and dependent on short-term rental schedule in the other side of the house (you will be my onsite host). 80% of the time must park on street and walk up 60ft driveway (load/unloading in the driveway is fine). You may use 1/2 of the windowed garage for workout or hobby. The unit is fully furnished. Includes bed, TV, desk, dining table, futon, microwave, toaster, cookware.

Downstairs furnished studio for rent with hardwood floors, ALL utilities and high speed WiFi included, A/C, free washer/dryer in attached garage (only… shared with housekeeping), half of the windowed garage space provided for storage or a hobby/workout area. The rented studio is part of a larger short term rental house but the unit is completely private. Upper Lako area is convenient for grocery shopping, beaches, and going downtown. Great spot for taking evening walks and seeing the ocean and sunset. I live nearby if issues come up and need my attention urgently. Use of the pool available upon request. Gorgeous pond/gazebo/waterfall on site as well as an ocean view from the driveway.
