Tiny house available May 1st! Located just outside of the town of Mancos on a shared 3 acres of land overlooking views of the La Plata mountain range and Mesa Verde. Garden available with irrigation water (we just primed it this past week so ready for planting here soon!) This cozy tiny home has all new interior: brand new stove, oven, full size shower, sink, butcher woodblock counters, cabinets, couch, incinerating toilet etc.. Has its own tankless water heater and its own heating and cooling mini split keeping the place cozy and warm in the winter and nice and cool in the summer. Utilities (except propane) are included. We are looking to welcome in a kind, clean family-friendly single land mate (no couples, sorry!) We will consider pets on an individual basis. We are a couple in their late 30s, and we have a 1-year old son. We all live in the main house 200 feet away -- there is privacy between the two structures separated by trees. (Wishlist item -- we are interested in a tenant who would be interested in doing some childcare as well (paid by the hour). Please let us know if this person might be you!)
