Lease terms

This fully furnished mid-term rental is available for stays of 30 days or longer and is ideal for corporate housing, traveling professionals, relocations, or temporary living needs. The lease term is flexible, with a defined start and end date agreed upon prior to occupancy. Monthly rent includes all furnishings and utilities, including electricity (subject to reasonable usage), water, sewer, trash service, high-speed internet/Wi-Fi, and landscaping. A security deposit is required at lease signing and is refundable upon move-out, less any deductions for damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or unpaid charges. The property is leased fully furnished and equipped with furniture, appliances, kitchenware, and essential household items. An inventory is provided at move-in, and tenants are responsible for maintaining the home and returning all furnishings in good condition, normal wear and tear excepted. The residence is for residential use only, with a maximum occupancy limit as stated in the lease. Guests are permitted for short stays; however, subleasing or listing the property on short-term rental platforms is strictly prohibited. No illegal activity of any kind is permitted anywhere on the property. No parties are allowed and county laws require quiet hours from 10pm to 9am. Tenants are responsible for keeping the property clean and promptly reporting maintenance concerns. Smoking is not permitted inside the property, and pets are not allowed. Rent is due monthly, and late fees may apply if payment is not received within the stated grace period. Early termination terms, entry notice policies, and other standard lease provisions will be outlined in the written rental agreement. Renter's insurance is required. All terms are subject to a signed lease agreement and applicable state and local laws.
