On-site laundry facilities and luggage carts are also available for guest use. A pack-n-play can be provided for an additional fee of $150, subject to location and availability.
Okaloosa Island is a lovely beach community in the Florida Panhandle, surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Choctawhatchee Bay. It's known for beautiful beaches and crystal-clear waters, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports like snorkeling, paddleboarding, and kayaking. The nearest public beach access is just steps away. The neighborhood offers numerous restaurants, bars, shops, and attractions like the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, Wild Willy's Adventure Zone, and the Boardwalk on Okaloosa Island.
There is a strict no-smoking policy inside the condo or on the balcony; a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction without a refund. Guests must be over 22 to book and stay on the property. Check-in is at 4 pm or after, and check-out is by 11 am. Early check-in may be available for a $50 fee, and late check-out may be available for a $25 fee per extended hour. Bed linens are not provided for couch or sofa beds; extra linens can be delivered before 5 pm for an additional $25 per set. The unit is not childproofed, and guests are responsible for ensuring their children's safety. The heating and cooling system runs off a boiler system; when the weather is below 68 degrees, the heat will automatically turn on. To stop hot air from blowing, turn the system off and open the balcony door. Guests are asked to report any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in. Guests must remove shoes when inside the home. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Guests agree to pay for any damage made to the property or its furnishings. Host, or Host's Agent, may enter the Property at any time in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours' notice for normal maintenance. Host shall not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. Guests shall not re-key or change out door locks. Guests are to be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels; guests are not to wash laundry belonging to the home to hide stains. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning. By booking this unit, you give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. A Minut Smart Home Sensor monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion near the entry.
