You'll find plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby, as well as attractions like the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park and the Boardwalk on Okaloosa Island. There is a strict no-smoking policy inside the condo or on the balcony. Guests must be over 22 to book and stay on the property. Check-in is at 4pm or after, and check-out is by 10am. The heating and cooling system runs off a boiler system; when the weather is below 68 degrees, the heat will automatically turn on. If hot air stops blowing, turn the system off and open the balcony door. Extra linen fee of $40 applies for linens for the sleeper sofa. The unit is not childproofed. There is a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Pets are not allowed. No events or vendors are permitted. Guests are responsible for any damage to furnishings. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Quiet time is from 10pm to 8am; any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction.
