Feel at home in this cozy, European coastal-style 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo on the seventh (top) floor of the Islander Beach Resort on Okaloosa Island. Enjoy stunning Gulf of Mexico views from your private balcony, just steps from the white sandy beach.
This condo features comfortable queen-size beds, a fully equipped contemporary kitchen, and 65" smart televisions. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and utilize the charging stations throughout the unit. The heating and cooling system runs off a boiler system; when the weather is below 68 degrees, the heat will automatically turn on. To stop hot air, turn the system off and open the balcony door.
Guests have access to private beach access, an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center, shuffleboard courts, and outdoor picnic and grilling areas. Free parking is available. On-site laundry facilities and luggage carts are also provided.
Okaloosa Island is a beautiful beach community in the Florida Panhandle, surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Choctawhatchee Bay. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing, and water sports at the nearby beach access. Explore local restaurants, bars, shops, and attractions like the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park and the Boardwalk on Okaloosa Island. Downtown Fort Walton Beach, with its festivals, restaurants, bars, and Farmer's Market, is just across the bridge. The Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) is approximately 12 miles away, a 15-20 minute drive.
There is a strict no-smoking policy inside the condo or on the balcony; a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Guests must be over 22 to book and stay on the property. Check-in is at 4pm or after, and check-out is by 11am. An early check-in fee of $50 and a late check-out fee of $25 per hour apply if approved. Extra linen sets for the sleeper sofa are $25 and must be requested before 5 PM. The unit is not childproofed. Noise levels should be kept to a minimum, with quiet time observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. A Minut Smart Home Sensor monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion near the entry. Guests are responsible for any damage to furnishings or property. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Lost or damaged keys will incur a $40 replacement fee. No eating in bedrooms is allowed to prevent pests and linen damage. Furniture is not to be rearranged. An additional cleaning fee may be charged for excessive cleanup. Guests must complete identity verification. Locals must communicate with the host before booking.
