Feel at home in this efficient studio condo on Okaloosa Island, offering a comfortable and convenient base for your beach vacation. This unit is located on a floor with elevator access. This studio is fully equipped with modern amenities for a relaxing stay, including a king-size bed, a kitchenette with a microwave, portable double burner, sink, and all necessary cookware and utensils. Enjoy entertainment on the 50" smart TV. The upgraded bathroom features a walk-in shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, and essential toiletries. Guests have access to a shared outdoor swimming pool and a fitness center. Free parking is available on-site. On-site laundry facilities are also available for guest use. Located on Okaloosa Island, this studio is just steps away from the nearest public beach access. The neighborhood offers a wide variety of outdoor activities, beautiful beaches, and crystal-clear waters. Numerous restaurants, bars, and shops are within minutes, and attractions like the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park and the Boardwalk on Okaloosa Island are a short drive away. The Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) is approximately 12 miles away. There is a strict no-smoking policy inside the condo or on the balcony. A $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Guests must be over 22 to book and stay on the property. Check-in is at 4pm or after, and check-out is by 11am. Early check-in is available for a $50 fee, and late check-out is available for a $25 fee per extended hour. Extra linen sets for the sleeper sofa can be provided for an additional $40 fee. The unit is not childproofed, and guests are responsible for ensuring their children's safety. Noise levels should be kept to a minimum, especially between 10pm and 8am. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or furnishings. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Luggage carts are available in the lobby. The heating and cooling system runs off a boiler system; when the weather is below 68 degrees, the heat will automatically turn on. Guests are responsible for child-proofing the unit. Guests are responsible for any damage made by guests or their visitors. Host or Host's Agent may enter the Property at any time in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours' notice for normal maintenance. Host shall not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Host shall not be liable to Guest, its guests or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the Property. Guest agrees to pay any documented loss of host income created by Guest violating house rules. Costs to replace any lost or damaged keys is $25 per key. Guests are asked to kindly dispose of food in the available trash can. Guests shall not re-key or change out door locks/ door hardware. Guests are to be respectful of neighbors, and shall keep noise to a minimum. All items in kitchen including silverware, pots/pans, spices, flatware, etc. have been counted, and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest. Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. At sole discretion of host, an additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost, can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning. The studio is equipped with free high-speed Wi-Fi, making it suitable for remote work.
