Check-in time is 4pm or after, and check-out time is 10am. There is a strict no-smoking policy inside the condo or on the balcony; a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Guests must be over 22 to book and stay on the property. The heating and cooling system runs off a boiler system; when the weather is below 68 degrees, the heat will automatically turn on. Extra linens for the sleeper sofa can be provided for an additional fee of $40 if requested before 5 PM. The unit is not childproofed. Noise levels should be kept to a minimum, with quiet hours observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. A Minut Smart Home Sensor monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion near the entry.
This property is professionally managed and requires identity verification. Guests may receive an email to complete screening. Locals must communicate with the host before booking. Early check-in is available for a $50 fee and must be confirmed. Late check-out is available for a $25 fee per extended hour and must be confirmed. Guests are responsible for reporting any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in. Guests are responsible for ensuring their children's safety in the unit. Guests agree to pay for any damage made to the property. Host or agent may enter the property in case of emergency or with 24 hours' notice for normal maintenance. Host shall not be liable for personal items left behind. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Host shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage to person or property. Guests agree to pay any documented loss of host income created by violating house rules. Costs to replace lost or damaged keys is $25 per key. Guests are asked to dispose of food in the trash can; garbage disposal is for small food remnants only. Guests shall not re-key or change door locks. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction. Items in the kitchen have been counted, and any item removed will be charged to the guest. Guests are asked to be respectful of bed sheets and towels; makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.
