The living area includes a sofa that converts into a bed, perfect for extra guests. A TV, closet, and dresser provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. Experience the therapeutic coastal vibes of this gorgeous beach studio. Guests have access to private beach access, an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center, modern elevator, shuffleboard courts, and outdoor picnic and grilling areas. Free parking is available on-site, and there are on-site laundry facilities. A starter kit of basic supplies is provided. Centrally located on Okaloosa Island, this studio offers easy access to restaurants, bars, and family activities in Fort Walton and Destin. The neighborhood is surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico to the south and Choctawhatchee Bay to the north, offering breathtaking views and a wide variety of outdoor activities. The nearest public beach access is just steps away at Okaloosa Island Beach Access Five - Doris Jordan Freeway Beachwalk. Explore attractions like the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, Wild Willy's Adventure Zone, and the Boardwalk on Okaloosa Island. There is a strict no smoking policy inside the condo or on the balcony. The heating and cooling system runs off a boiler system; when the weather outside is below 68 degrees, the heat will automatically turn on. If you'd like hot air to stop blowing, simply turn the system off and open the balcony door to cool the space. Extra linen fee of $40 for the sleeper sofa. The unit is not childproofed. Guests must be over 22 to book and stay on the property. Check-in time is 4pm or after, and check-out time is 10am. A $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Pets are NOT allowed at this property. No events or vendors are permitted. Quiet time is 10pm to 8am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction of all guests from the property. Guests are responsible for any damage to furnishings or property. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Host shall not be liable for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. Guests are responsible for reporting hazardous items. Guests must remove shoes when inside the home. Tropical bugs may be encountered. Guests agree to pay any documented loss of host income created by Guest violating house rules. Costs to replace any lost or damaged keys is $25 per key. Guests are asked to kindly dispose of food in the available trash can. Garbage disposal is for small food remnants only. No eating of food in any bedroom. Guests shall not re-key or change out door locks/door hardware. All items in the kitchen have been counted, and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest. Guests are to be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Guests are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning. This house is professionally managed by a third-party to verify identity and check criminal databases. The property is equipped with a Minut Smart Home Sensor that monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion near the entry. This property is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi.
