Free parking is available on-site, along with on-site laundry facilities. Centrally located on Okaloosa Island, this studio offers easy access to restaurants, bars, and family activities in Fort Walton and Destin. The neighborhood is known for its beautiful beaches and crystal-clear waters, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports. The nearest public beach access is just steps away. Nearby attractions include the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, Wild Willy's Adventure Zone, and the Boardwalk on Okaloosa Island. Check-in time is 4pm or after, and check-out time is 10am. There is a strict no-smoking policy inside the condo or on the balcony; a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Guests must be over 22 to book and stay on the property. The heating and cooling system runs off a boiler system; when the weather is below 68 degrees, the heat will automatically turn on. Extra linens for the sleeper sofa can be provided for an additional fee of $40 if requested before 5 PM. The unit is not childproofed. Noise levels should be kept to a minimum, with quiet hours observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. A Minut Smart Home Sensor monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion near the entry.
