This three bed / two bath home is located one mile from downtown Salida, about a 15 minute walk on a bike path that runs from the house right into town. Home is a mile and a half from S mountain trails, 2 miles from Mt Methodist trails and a 20 minute drive to Monarch. Master bedroom is very large with walk-in closet & attached master bath. Room also includes built-ins with large storage capacity, full length mirror, and new black-out blinds on all windows, as well as the walk out door to back patio / backyard. Master bed and bath has heated flooring system on separate thermostat. The two other bedrooms are smaller and located near the second full bath / shower. Home has baseboard heating throughout, as well as a fully functioning wood burning stove and ample firewood stored in backyard. The laundry room has large dog door with access to backyard space. Kitchen also includes door that opens onto back deck/backyard. The backyard is fully enclosed and includes large garden area to be used at the renter's full disposal. There is also a finished shed in the backyard that can be used for storage (not to be used for other purposes as it sits over an old well). The home sits on one acre of land.
