This inviting condo promises relaxation and comfort with its spacious layout and thoughtful touches. The condo features three spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom also has a king-size bed. The third bedroom is equipped with two full-size beds. Step outside onto your private, furnished balcony that overlooks the scenic Reunion Golf Course. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you'll need to prepare your meals, including a refrigerator, microwave, pots, pans, and cooking basics. The dining table is set for four. Enjoy free access to a washer and dryer. This property is pet-friendly, with a pet fee of up to $150. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the parking lot. Parking passes will be provided by the gate security guard upon entry into the community. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Situated in the desirable Reunion area of Kissimmee, the condo is just a short drive away from some of the best theme parks in the world. Magic Kingdom is only 8 miles away, while SeaWorld and Universal Studios are 15 and 20 miles away, respectively. Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community. Out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment! Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 08:00. There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between a $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). For 1-night reservations, guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Please report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules. For those working remotely, a dedicated workspace is available with reliable Wi-Fi.
