Lease terms

1) Rent: $4,100/month. This is the base rent only. Self-employed applicants must provide the last two years of signed tax returns or 6 months of bank statements Credit & Background Standards * Minimum Credit Score: A credit of 670 or higher is required. * Credit History: Applications may be denied for open bankruptcies, unpaid judgments, or accounts in active collections. * Eviction History: We do not accept applicants with a history of evictions or unpaid rent debt to previous landlords. * Criminal History: In accordance with the California Fair Chance Act, we do not have a blanket ban on criminal history. An individualized assessment will be conducted only after a conditional offer of housing is made.
