Case-by-Case Income: 2+ years with current employer or consecutive employment in the same industry (if employed and not receiving Section 8 or alternate rental subsidy). Case-by-Case Criminal Background: The following may result in disqualification: *Crimes against children *Sex-related offenses *Homicide *Kidnapping *Drug sale, manufacture, or distribution *Crimes against persons, property, or animals *Financial crimes (e.g., fraud, identity theft, bad checks) *Drug, prostitution-, or weapons-related offenses *Repetitive misdemeanor offenses *Case-by-Case We comply with all applicable federal, state, and DC Fair Housing laws, including protections for lawful source of income.
