Lease terms

This is a month to month rental. You have to have a excellent reference from former landlord. If you left for a bad reason do not apply with me. You have to give 2 months notice if moving out. No Pets, No smoking. We pay for garbage, renters pay for water and power. Owner will do a walk thru every 6 months to make sure everything looks good. Renters will take care of yard, watering the trees and making sure there are no weeds. Renters will take care of inside of the house, no storing junk outside of the house in the back yard no clutter anywhere. Only the people on the lease will live in the house. If owner thinks there is extra people not on lease I will give you a 30 day notice to leave property no exceptions. I have to know who is in my house. You will pay the rent on the 1st and will have till the 5th. After the 5th it will be a 35 dollars daily fee until is is paid. If not paid by the 14th, you will be asked to move out by the end of month. Tenants will notify owners if anything goes wrong right away. Owners are not responsible for tenants stuff. No one can live in a RV on property at anytime.
