2 Furnished bedrooms available starting 8/1/2026.… (Med Students Only) The owner bought 2 rowhomes and removed the middle wall, creating a LARGE 4bd / 3 bath home. This house is located within walking distance to Maryland's Medical School and occupied by 2 Female pharmacy students. We are currently seeking 2 more Female med school students to fill the house. In the pictures, you'll notice 3 common areas, and two washer/dryers, furnished bedrooms, and a well maintained environment. On the first floor, as you walk in the front door, a common area with dining room table leads into the kitchen. Also on the 1st floor is a full bathroom and a separate TV room (freshly carpeted). Sliding glass doors from the kitchen lead to the brick patio in the back for outdoor relaxation. On the second floor, 3 bedrooms are present. A large bathroom with tile shower , duel sinks, and stackable laundry machine can be found. Each bedroom has excellent closet space, but a large hallway closet exists on the 2nd floor. The room available on the 2nd floor is furnished with a full-size wooden bedframe, 12 pull-out draws below the bedframe, a study desk, and 2 closets. (Bring your own mattress) The third floor acts as it's own suite. It includes a furnished queen bedframe (bring your own mattress) with closet, a separate lounge room furnished with study table, chase lounge couch, ottomon, and TV stand. Included on this floor is a walk-in closet, private bathroom w/ laundry area and stackable washer/dryer. Seeking a UMD Medical student (or UMD affiliated) so everyone has the same school schedule, and social schedule. No Pets permitted Please reply or schedule a tour, per the available dates.
