This villa features a screened-in patio and an infinity pool. The master bedroom includes a queen pillowtop bed, ceiling fan, bed linens, extra blankets and pillows, a large closet, pool view, and patio access. The master bathroom boasts a walk-in tiled shower, large tub, double vanity, and a private water closet. Guest Bedroom #1 also has a queen pillowtop bed, ceiling fan, bed linens, extra blankets and pillows, a large closet, dresser, and pool access. Guest Bedroom #2 is furnished with two twin beds, twin nightstands with lamps, a ceiling fan, bed linens, extra blankets and pillows, a large closet, and a dresser. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, a large 6-person contemporary sofa, ottoman, chaise longue, glass contemporary sofa table and side tables, and a ceiling fan. The modern IKEA kitchen, installed in 2015, includes a bar with three stools, a Whirlpool oven, Whirlpool microwave, ceramic glass cooktop, hood, dishwasher, two-door refrigerator, toaster, mixer/blender, complete tableware, cutting boards, wine opener, can opener, glasses, wine glasses, and champagne flutes.
Optional amenities include a propane BBQ rental for a flat fee of $55.00 plus tax, which includes one full propane gas tank and cleaning after your stay. You can also rent a golf cart. The Jacuzzi or pool heater can be activated for an additional daily cost of $35.00 plus tax for short rentals, or $20.00 plus tax for monthly winter rentals. You must choose to heat either the pool or the jacuzzi, not both.
Located just a few minutes' walk from the man-made waterski lakes and the golf course, this villa's prime location makes it one of the most rented units in the development. Situated in a vast and well-maintained park, it offers incredible sunset views over Flag #2 and the lakes from the chaise lounge by the pool or on the deck by the lake shore.
Check-in time is 5:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm. No smoking is allowed in the villas. Parties or loud music are not permitted. The total occupancy of guests staying overnight in the villa must not exceed the villa's sleeping capacity. Service dogs are allowed with paperwork. Other pet requests will be considered with a $65.00 non-refundable pet deposit and a completed Pet Policy Form.
