All residents and guests must follow posted community rules. Rent Payments: Monthly rent is due on the date specified in the lease agreement. Late payments may be subject to fees as allowed by law. Maintenance: Tenants are responsible for keeping the apartment clean and reporting maintenance issues promptly.
