Parking & Storage: Attached two-car garage Three additional off-street parking spaces in front of home RV parking available on property and behind secured backyard gate No trailers, boats, campers, or recreational vehicles permitted parked in front of gate or along the street Utilities:Tenant shall be responsible for Idaho Power, Intermountain Gas, internet, cable, and any optional utility services.
