Major destinations, including those near Disney's Magic Kingdom, are a short drive away. Free parking and a private entrance make coming and going simple.
Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks of any kind or firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with options for a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
