Upstairs, the loft is a cozy hideaway with rocking chairs and two twin beds, ensuring privacy and comfort. Step outside to enjoy stunning views of the treetops and forest beyond. A neighborhood trail leads directly to Granlibakken Resort, and Tahoe City is just a leisurely 1.2-mile walk away. The path to Paige Meadows is conveniently located next to the driveway, making outdoor adventures easily accessible right from your doorstep. This home is perfect for hiking, biking, and exploring! All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance. Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean four-wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months. Other things to Note: * Renters must be 25+ * This is a non-smoking home. * Pets are not allowed at this home. * Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults * Use of the BBQ and outdoor furniture is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access. * Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this home does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for use! * Your safety matters. This property, may feature exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence. **Available for 2027 ski lease starting as early as January 8, 2027. $5850 per month for rent, garbage, internet and driveway snow removal.
