This is the best entrance to use for this apartment. Tenant Qualifications Applicants' combined gross monthly income must be at least 3x the monthly rent (unemployment income not considered). We conduct credit, criminal background, rental/eviction history, and reference checks. A credit score of 600+ is required. Applicants with credit scores below 650 may be subject to additional approval conditions. There is a $50 non-refundable application fee per adult applicant (including cosigners).
