Lovely, peaceful, private 2 bdrm/2 bath pet-friendly one level home in Penrose, NC (between Hendersonville & Brevard) available July 8th. Enjoy the best of mountain living, with neighbors close by but in a wooded setting with walking trails and streams. Wood, tile and carpeted flooring, vaulted ceilings, wood beams. 12 x 12 loft (for storage). Kitchen appliances include gas stove, fridge and dishwasher (no microwave). Large laundry area with washer/dryer. No garage but parking for up to three vehicles (max). Large, covered patio for entertaining. Baseboard heat with a propane heater/fireplace in living room for supplemental heat. Window a/c units provided by owner. Well & septic (which will require tenants' maintenance to ensure proper functionality). Propane gas powers LR stove/heater and kitchen oven/range. Absolutely no smoking/vaping allowed on premises. Rent: $2100/mo. Security deposit: $2100. Minimum one year lease. First month and security deposit required for move in. Tenant is responsible for electricity, propane gas, internet/cable services. PET POLICY: Up to 2 dogs allowed with a weight limit of 50 lbs due to wood flooring. (Sorry, no cats allowed.) Non-refundable pet fee of $300 (each) required and possible pet rent. Owner reserves the right to deny certain pets based on wear and impact on property. All service and support animals permitted by law, with appropriate paperwork provided.
