Nestled among the pine trees at 8,2000 feet in Tmberlakes Estates (E of Heber City) is our charming cabin. Moose, deer, and mountain birds are just some of the wild life you will see. Cozy up to the gas fireplace in a winter wonderland. (Roads are plowed all winter long) During he summer enjoy gathering under the tree tops while gazing at nature's beauty! The pictures don't capture the true charm of this get-away. A definite must see.
We have kayaks to use on the Timberlakes pond, use at your own risk. Landlord is not responsible for any injuries.
We do not allow pets.

Tenant is required to maintain cabin, deck, and land in the same way as it is when signing the lease. They are also in charge of removing snow on the trail between the cabin and parking spaces. The 2 parking spaces are plowed once a week, tenants will need to move their vehicles accordingly. A monthly $200 fee for utilities is added to the rent and due on first of each month. A credit score of 600 is required and no criminal background history. No pets allowed.
