Utilities share generally ~$150 total each month. Driveway parking space is included. The suite features a shared mudroom entrance with private lower-level living space, while the owners occupy the upper floor. Furnishings include a king bed, nightstands, dresser, couch, dining table and chairs, fresh paint job, and a 75-inch TV. Amenities include a refrigerator, microwave, sink, and counter space. No smoking. Seeking a quiet and respectful tenant. For an additional tenant, a surcharge of $50 per month applies to reflect increased water, sewer, and trash usage, as well as additional driveway parking.
