* Fully furnished room with full size bed, desk, chair, storage/drawer. lamps, and plenty of underbed storage as well - you just need to bring your own bedding and personal items!
* You will share this 3 bedroom 1 bath unit with 2 other guy roommates.
* NO living room - so not a party place, you share small kitchen and bath and hall way with roommates and it's all of your responsibility to keep it clean and free of clutter. If you cook please clean up after yourself. Don't leave dirty dishes or mess, same with bathroom. Clean up after yourself ! Best for someone who leaves no mess /trail! Be a good respectable kind roommate.

* Shopping, restaurants, parks, are all close as you are in the hub
* Most tenants are students or working professionals, some going to school as well grad school , and we welcome international students !
*You should pass the basic roommate test . Please make sure you can say No to all these : No smoking/drugs/pets/criminal /eviction/bankruptcy.
* You should be someone sane, stable, easy to get along, clean and know how to live with roommates. i.e. respect roommate's privacy, clean up after yourself, don't steal their pizza or milk, and be a good roommate. Must pay rent on time and responsible. We don't have time for deadbeats, losers, criminals etc
* We want our tenants to have good tenant experience so important that you are a nice person and good match.
* The best part is you are on room Contract - individual contract so you won't be responsible for others, only your own rent and we will find roommates for you unless you already have friends who want to be your roommates. We manage a lot of room contracts and do all the hard work for you so you can focus on your busy lives. You just need to take good care of the place, pay rent on time, and be a good roommate :)
* Lease goes to 7/31 every year - 9-10 month lease will cost more than current rate. You can always sign 1 year lease and have option to terminate early 1) buyout lease for 3x rent 2) show and find qualified replacement approved by us and pay $500 transfer fee , new person must pass background, similar age and same gender . Either option you do lose refundable deposit
* Deposit is equal to 1 month rent and out of the $199 non refundable.
* Tenant pays all utilities - please budget 80-100, and you may need power/internet in your name or roommates, rest billed by us gas/water/sewer/trash/common area yard

* Only apply when you are ready with funds as we often process same day and everything online . Your application can be used in any of our units. Even after you move in, you always have option to transfer to any of our units we manage any time for only $100 transfer fee. So if you end up not liking your roommate, or room, or want to change location, just let us know and we can help you hopefully find something that fits.
