Enjoy indoor and outdoor dining areas, a BBQ grill, and comfortable seating on the patio and balcony overlooking the pool. Ceiling fans, air conditioning, and heating ensure a comfortable stay.
Enjoy gym access, free parking on premises, and a washer/dryer. Pool and spa heating can be added for an additional $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. Long-term stays are allowed.
Located within Reunion Resort in Kissimmee, this villa offers a prime location close to Disney, shopping, dining, water parks, and local attractions, while providing a quieter setting away from the busiest tourist areas. The gated neighborhood is known for its golf courses, walking paths, and relaxed residential atmosphere. Restaurants, entertainment, and family-friendly activities are just a short drive away.
Please note that pool and spa heating is an optional add-on. The grill is a propane grill, and propane is provided by the guests; the propane tank may not be full upon arrival. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. The home accommodates a maximum of 14 guests. This home is not baby-proofed. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited within the community. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate of noise levels outdoors between 10 pm and 8 am. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. Please report any damages immediately. The property is professionally sprayed for pests, but guests are advised to pack sunscreen and bug spray. Fireworks and firearms are not allowed on the property.
