Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, range, refrigerator, ice maker, Keurig, fine china and stemware, new linens. Enjoy complimentary WiFi, a 55" TV and a 32" TV both with 55 OTA channels and an AppleTV to make them smart TVs, so you can watch your own subscription TV. Well lit parking and entry. This unit's utilities are in a separate mechanical room.
You get the entire 2 bedroom apartment all to yourself. The park like yard has a picnic table and a charcoal grill for your use. (Be sure to move it away from the building.). There is a shared coin laundry and we provide you with enough change for a complimentary load of laundry .
