The large, full kitchen is equipped with stainless-steel appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. Indoor and outdoor dining tables allow for flexible dining experiences, from sunny breakfasts to al fresco dinners. The private pool with loungers is the centerpiece of the patio, perfect for splashes, games, and sunbathing, complemented by comfortable outdoor patio furniture for relaxation.
Enjoy a private pool with loungers and a game room for entertainment. A mini-golf course is also available on-site. Complimentary washer and dryer are provided. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the driveway parked side by side. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. A pet fee of up to $150 security deposit is applied for one house-trained dog, with written notification and host approval required.
Located within the fun-filled, luxury gated community of Reunion Resort in Kissimmee, this villa is steps away from community playgrounds and additional recreational facilities. The resort's family-friendly atmosphere blends seamlessly with the villa's playful design, offering easy access to outdoor fun. While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants, outside the back gate, you'll find diverse dining options, alligator farms, airboat rides, and numerous water parks and attractions.
Please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 8am, with consideration for neighbors. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home; a starter supply of toiletries and detergent pods for up to two loads are provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available. Bugs are a natural occurrence in Florida; the property is professionally sprayed for pests. Children of all ages are welcome, but the home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Please do not park on the grass or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
