Located within Reunion Resort in Kissimmee, this villa is steps from community playgrounds and the resort's family-friendly recreational facilities. The resort offers a luxurious gated community atmosphere with golf courses and dining options. Outside the resort gates, you'll find a variety of dining, alligator farms, airboat rides, and water parks.
Please be mindful of the 25 MPH speed limit within the community and watch for golf carts. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, so please be considerate of neighbors. Fireworks and firearms are prohibited on the property. Please wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors when possible. Trash should be taken out and disposed of properly upon departure. Report any damages immediately. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests. Check-out time is 10 AM; late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. While the property is professionally sprayed for pests, guests are advised to pack sunscreen and bug spray. Children of all ages are welcome, but the home is not baby-proofed. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited within the community. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours.
