Pets are welcome with a fee of $20 per night, $100 per week, or $250 per month. In-unit laundry is available in two of the cottages.
The Beach Club in Oscoda, Michigan, is nestled on Lake Huron's northeastern shore, boasting natural beauty, sandy beaches, and clear waters. It's near parks like Huron National Forest and the Au Sable River. The area offers a friendly, tight-knit community with local shops and restaurants, and convenient highway access to Alpena and Bay City.
Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 6 AM. Smoking and parties are not allowed, with a $1000 fine for violations. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-outs may result in additional charges. All properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras and Noise Aware decibel measuring devices inside the unit.
This is a pet-friendly room! Please keep the following things in mind: Pet fees apply: $20 per night, $100 per week, or $250 per month. Pets must be potty-trained dogs. We prefer dogs under 50 lbs but can be flexible, reach out to us for exceptions. Please clean up after your pet indoors and outdoors (hair, waste, etc.). Keep your dog on a leash in common areas, some guests may not love pets as much as we do! Violating these rules may result in eviction without a refund.
