This is a non-smoking and no-pets community. Events are not allowed. The home is not baby-proofed. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. Up to (2) cars may park side-to-side in the driveway; commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately.
