Pets are welcome with prior written notification and host approval, with a pet fee of up to $150. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with options including a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for stays of two nights or more. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required.

The resort offers a luxury gated community atmosphere with a 24-hour security guard and a 25 MPH speed limit. Outside the resort gates, you'll find a variety of dining options, alligator farms, airboat rides, and water parks.
Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 8am, with consideration requested for outdoor socializing. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home; initial supplies include shampoo/conditioner, body wash, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, detergent pods for up to two laundry loads, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. Coffee maker is provided, but coffee is not. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available. Guests are advised to pack sunscreen and bug spray due to Florida's climate. A maximum of 16 guests are allowed. The home is not baby-proofed. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited within the community. Guests are asked to remove shoes indoors and wipe them at the door. Fireworks and firearms are prohibited on the property. Guests must report damages immediately. Violations of house rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines.
