Property Viewing: You, or a trusted representative acting on your behalf, must physically view the interior of the rental unit before your application will be considered "complete." Your application will not receive its official First-in-Time date/time stamp until the viewing requirement has been fulfilled. At the time of viewing, bring a governmernt-issued ID.
