Renting out my furnished guest room with private bathroom and one garage space in my 2 bedroom 2 bath townhouse. Very short walk to hiking at mission trails. Quiet, safe area. Scenic location between Santee and Mission Valley. Close to Sprouts, Target, restaurants, etc. Utilities, internet, furnishings, etc included in rent. Deposit will depend on pets (can't have cats) and desired move in date. Month to month lease. Short or long term is okay. May be willing to barter for lower rent for some help with housekeeping or cooking and negotiate if a good fit. Both bedrooms are upstairs on different sides of the house. Living room, balcony, dining, kitchen, and laundry room in the middle. I spend most of my time in my office downstairs, so you would mostly have the common spaces to yourself. Living room is very comfortable for movie nights and has space for stretching/exercise. Newer construction, security system, Nespresso, A/C and heat, fast mesh WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, peloton bike, and other exercise equipment available. The room comes furnished with a queen size bed, desk, chair, fan/heater, dresser, shelves, tv and sound bar. Has double door closet and private bathroom. The garage has some room for storage. There is also plenty of close, convenient and safe street parking. I'm 34, moved here two years ago for my work in telecom construction management, now I am a full time student using my GI bill. I don't typically have visitors and I have no pets. I'm from Texas, lived in Arizona prior to moving here. When I was younger, I was a competitive gymnast, after high school I spent a year in S.
